Our phones ring more than we can answer with the team we have. New guests calling. People who found us and want in. Right now we are booking them out further than we would like, and some of them we are turning away.

We would rather hand those guests to you.

Smith Hair Salon is a family owned company with locations in Temecula and Murrieta, and we are growing. We are looking for a stylist who wants a real career on a real team, where craft and hospitality matter equally.

Pay and benefits

• $1,500 loyalty bonus. $750 at your 1 year anniversary, $750 at 18 months. We invest in people who invest in us.
• Competitive hourly pay plus retail commission and performance based bonus opportunities

Who we are looking for

• Licensed California cosmetologist with 2+ years behind the chair (this one is firm)
• Ready to take guests now, not in six months
• Loves the craft and stays open to coaching
• Treats every guest like the most important person in the room
• Shows up consistently and lifts up the people around them
• Thinks in rebooks, referrals, and retail
